* NO refund of sold items! Also, please try to bring the exact amount in case we don't have enough change!
* wrapping&mailing services are not available!
* we will only wait up to 30mins if you're late!
* everyone is served on a first-come-first-serve basis!
* we may only check our mail every 2~3 days, so please be patient!
* our items are one of a kind, so grab them quickly!
* for $1 or cheaper items, we recommend bulk items, as we cant cater to everyone if everyone does the same thing !
* please note that we do not charge for delivery charges if meeting areas are around Eunos MRT, Bedok MRT, Paya Lebar MRT and Parkway Parade! if the places are too far away, we're afraid we may not be able to cater to all of you. sorry!
